Biopueblo is a long bet: turning arid Patagonian steppe into an inhabited agroforestry system.
The land
The property stretches along the Río Negro, between the irrigated valley and the plateau: native woodland, farmland and steppe.
Regeneration
Nut orchards, olive groves in Fukuoka style, native poplars and willows, and a reservoir lagoon that sustains irrigation.
The festival
Eleusis occupies 30.6 hectares. The layout protects the woodland, keeps sound away from sensitive areas and clusters services near the entrance.
